About Woodbury Home Service

Woodbury Home Service is a home maintenance company based in West Jordan, Utah, run by Jeff Woodbury. We do the exterior jobs that are cheap to keep on top of and expensive to ignore: gutters, window screens, garage door tune-ups and exterior trim paint.

How the work actually gets done

This is the part most companies leave vague, so here it is plainly. Jeff runs the business and uses trusted contractors to carry out the work. When you send a request, we pass it to the contractor who does that kind of work, they set a time with you, and they are who you pay.

Woodbury Home Service stands behind their work. If something is not right afterwards, you come back to us and we act as your advocate with the contractor until it is sorted out.

It also means the person at your door may not be Jeff. If that would bother you, say so when you call and we will tell you who is coming.

What we will tell you

Estimates are free and you get a number before work starts, not after. If a job is not worth doing yet, you should hear that plainly, because a gutter that has two more good years in it is not a job worth selling you.

Garage doors are a good example of how this works. We focus on maintenance: tune-ups for doors that still work. The garage door company we use is equipped to handle every garage door issue, so if your door needs more than a tune-up, they can take on that work too.

Where we work

The whole Salt Lake valley, including West Jordan, South Jordan, Riverton, Herriman, Sandy, Draper, Taylorsville, Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Millcreek, Murray and Holladay.

If you are just outside that and the job is worth the drive, ask. The worst that happens is we say no.
