Privacy Policy

This policy covers woodburyhomeservice.com and the estimate request form on it. It is written to describe what the site actually does rather than to cover every eventuality.

What we collect

When you use the estimate form we ask for your name, phone number, email address, the city you are in, the type of work you need, and a description of the job. You choose what to put in the description.

We also receive ordinary website analytics, which tells us things like how many people visited a page and roughly where in the world they were. That is aggregate information and it is not tied to your name.

Why we collect it

To get back to you about your request, to give you an estimate, and to schedule work if you decide to go ahead. That is the whole purpose.

Who sees it

Woodbury Home Service sees it, and so does the tradesperson assigned to your job, who needs your name, address and phone number to carry out the work.

The site and the system that holds these requests are operated by WebDevAuto, which handles the data on our behalf so that we can run the website and receive requests through it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to other companies to market to you.

Text messages

This form does not sign you up for marketing text messages. It does not ask for that consent and we do not add you to any texting list. If you give us a mobile number we may use it to reply to you about your own request.

Asking us to delete your details

Email jeffw@woodburyhomeservice.com and ask, and we will remove your request from our system. You do not have to give a reason.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the bottom of this page changes with it.
