These terms apply to woodburyhomeservice.com. If you use the site or send a request through it, they apply to you.

The site is general information

What we publish here describes the kind of work we do and the things that usually affect it. Your house is not the house on the page. Nothing on this site is advice about your specific property, and you should not treat it as a diagnosis.

Requests and estimates

Sending a request does not create a booking and does not oblige either of us to anything. We will get back to you, and we may tell you that a job is not one we do or is not worth doing yet.

Estimates are free. An estimate is a price we expect to be able to do the described work for, based on what we could see. It is not a fixed quote until it is agreed. If something is found that changes the job once work starts, you should be told before any extra work is done rather than after.

Who does the work

Woodbury Home Service passes your request to a trusted contractor who does that kind of work. The contractor gives you the estimate, does the work, and is who you pay. Your agreement for the work is with the contractor.

Woodbury Home Service stands behind the contractors we use. If something is not right afterwards, contact us and we will act as your advocate with the contractor to get it put right.

Scheduling

Outdoor work depends on weather and on how long the job before yours takes. We will tell you if a date has to move.

Your content

If you send us photos or a description of your property, you are telling us you are entitled to share them. We use them to understand and carry out the job.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page tells you when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
